As required by the USACA constitution, the USACA Board of Directors' meeting is generally held once every two months alternating between in-person and teleconference formats. Apart from that, they also meet as and when needed to discuss immediate issues at hand.
The annual AGM of all leagues is held once every year.
Additionaly, each region is required to hold at least one Regional Administration meeting every quarter.
