HOW TO APPLY FOR USACA MEMBERSHIP
How do I register my Club?
- Download and complete the Club registration form as per Article 3.4-3.6 of the USACA constitution.
- Submit the completed form with Check or Money Order (payable to the USACA) for the Amount Due to the Secretary of the USACA.
- Club registration form must be signed by two club representatives
How do I register a new League?
- Download and complete the League registration form as per Article 3.4-3.6 of the USACA constitution.
- Submit the completed form with Check or Money Order (payable to the USACA) for the Amount Due to the Secretary of the USACA. Please include a list of the member clubs along with a membership application for each club.
- League registration form must be signed by two league representatives.

USACA CONSTITUTION: ARTICLE 3 - MEMBERSHIP
Full Membership
3.1 Full membership shall be open to any Bona-Fide cricket club in the USA., including clubs that are part of any school, college and university, playing cricket within and as member of a recognized cricket league as defined in Schedule B.
Associate Membership
3.2 Before applying as a full member a club shall be an associated member for the immediate past one year as part of a league or an association. Any club that does not belong to a league or an association shall also be eligible to apply for an associate membership.
Honorary Membership
3.3 From time to time, an approval of the board of directors, honorary membership may be granted to a person, persons or organization in recognition of their substantial contribution to cricket in the USA.
Admission
3.4 Applications for full and associate membership shall be admitted upon written application and approval by the executive committee and upon payment of any fees and dues that the board shall prescribe.
3.5 Applications for full and associate membership shall be made in writing on a form duly supplied by the association and signed by a minimum of two representatives of the club or organization.
3.6 Applications for full membership may also be submitted en-bloc by leagues recognized by the association on behalf of the member clubs of that league. The league must submit duly signed membership forms for each club submitted as provided in Section 3.5, together with the appropriate fee and dues for full membership.
3.7 In the event that an application for full or associate membership is rejected by the executive committee. The applicant may appeal to the board of directors. The applicant and the executive committee shall present their cases for acceptance and rejection respectively. If the board of directors deems by a simple majority that the rejection was unwarranted, the applicant shall be granted membership forthwith.
Termination Or Suspension Of Membership
3.8 Any member may resign membership at any time by written notice to the secretary of the association.
3.9 Termination of membership can also result due to non-payment of dues, fines or any assessments by the due date.
3.10 Any member may be expelled or suspended owing to conduct that the executive committee deems detrimental to the interest of association.
3.11 Such a member shall receive written notice stating that its membership is suspended and the reason therefore. The member shall be provided an opportunity to present its case before the executive committee.
3.12 The decision to expel or suspend a member shall require a two-thirds majority of the executive committee.
3.13 If the member feels that the decision was wrongly made, it can be appealed to the board of directors for a hearing then. If the board of directors shows by a simple majority that the action of suspension was not warranted, then such a member shall be reinstated.
Membership Fees
3.14 The membership fee for the various categories of membership are set forth in Schedule C. The membership fees shall be reviewed from time to time by the executive committee and amended as necessary.
3.15 Membership fees are effective from January 1st of each year and payable by April 1st of that year.
USACA CONSTITUTION: SCHEDULE B - DEFINITIONS
Definition of a Club
A club is defined as an organization that has a membership roster of at least 15 players who regularly play and promote cricket.
Definition of a League
A league is defined as any aggregation of clubs, organized together and operating under a published schedule. A league shall normally comprise of at least 8 clubs. Any exceptions to this can be made by a majority vote of the board of directors.
A league shall have one year probationary period before being recognized by the association. Upon completion of the probationary period, the league's president or his authorized representative may participate in meetings of council of league presidents.

The membership fees per club are currently set as follows:
